ASTRO ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF TUN ZAKI AS CHAIRMAN
Kuala Lumpur, 24th August 2012 – The Board of Directors (“The Board”) of Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad (“AMH”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tun Dato’ Seri Zaki Bin Tun Azmi as Independent Non-Executive Director, and as its Chairman, effective 15 August 2012. Tun Dato’ Seri Zaki will also chair the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board.
